Mission Statement

STAR Horizons Intervention is dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational trauma and systemic disadvantage through our healing intervention programs. We provide comprehensive recovery, mentoring, and prevention services for families impacted by incarceration, substance abuse, and environmental trauma. Our mission is to empower both youth and their parents with vital mental health resources, wellness support, and the tools they need to create a brighter future.
